POP RSF

(Finish for viscose fibre)

POP RSF is a non ionic finish for viscose staple fibre. It is non yellowing.

Composition: Fatty acid condensation derivative.

Properties: Imparts lubricity to fibre.

                      Has good antistatic properties

                      Non yellowing with good heat and light fastness.

                      Comapatible with non ionic, cationis and anionic products.

                      Gives Scroopy and Crisp handle

Application

Dissolving method dissolve in warm water 60ºc to form opalescent solution.

Advisable to disperse it initially with warm water under agitation in a ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 Diluted solution may thereafter be adjusted to required concentration with water.

Guide recipe : 0.5-2% solution to be applied on viscose fibre to get a final

finish on fibre of 0.2 to 0.5%

Drying : Usual drying temperature.

Special remarks

Storage Stability at least 12 months under normal condition of storage.
