POPFIL ME
Aqueous solution of melamine resin.

Appearance             : Colourless cloudy liquid.

Chemical nature     : Melamine-formaldehyde condensate resin .

Active Matter           : 50%(+-2)

pH of 10% solution  : 6.5-7.0

Light Fastness         : Excellent, Stability to acids,

alkalis & Salts         : GOOD but not stable below pH 4.0.

Storage Stability     : 6-9 months if storages at 30-35 degreeC or below

Compatibility            : Good with anionic, non-anionic and cationic products. Not
                                      compatible with vegetable tannins as precipitation may occur.


Properties & Application :

- Popfil ME is light fast and gives level shades. Its ideally suitable for the retannage of aniline dued and white leathers .

- Popfil ME is eminently suitable for the retannage of chrome upper upholstery, suedes and clothing leathers.

- Popfil ME levels out structural irregularities within the skin.

- Popfil ME imparts a short a short , even nap to suede .

- Popfil ME increase intensity and depth of dyed shades.
