Composition : Long chain molecule with SILICONE Backbone.

Appearance : Translucent to clear aqueous liquid

Stability : Excellent.

Solubility : Easily soluble in water and most of the textile additives.

DESCRIPTION:

POPFINSOFT 930 is a routine finishing agent found suitable for both the cellulosics as well as synthetics. POPFINSOFT 930 gives a good SOFT finish and is quite popular with polyester-cellulosics blends. POPFINSOFT 930 is formulated to have a very small particle size of its active molecules, thus imparting a uniform softening handle on textiles.

APPLICATIONS:

POPFINSOFT 930 is ready-to-use softener made available made available in a liquid form, which can be used to give applications in regular liquid metering systems. Concentrations ranging from 20 to 80 gpl are used to give satisfactory results. Higher concentrations have also been used to give the required ‘crepe’ effect on textile substrates.

POPFINSOFT 930 can be applied with the exhaust or the PAD technique. The regular mangles and stentres available in the textile mills would suffice to give the described effects of softening. POPFINSOFT 930 can be used with resins to give good effects on cellulosics.
