(SOAKING ENZYME)

INTRODUCTION: POPSOAK WELL is a versatile enzyme formulation consisting of a combination of effective proteolytic and lipolytic enzymes for all types of leather, along with rapid scud loosening, wetting and degreasing abilities.

SPECIFICATIONS: Appearance : Off white to pale brown free flowing powder

Opt pH : 7-9

Opt Temprature: 30 ºC

Activity :1500 LVU Units/gm

APPLICATION: POPSOAK WELL is to be dosed at 0.4-0.8% of the raw weight. As the product contains rapid non-ionic wetting agents further addition of wetting agents is not necessary. Addition of preservations to the soak liquor will effectively prevent decay of hide.

ADVANTAGES: POPSOAK WELL ensures loosening of the scud, pigments, non-fibrillar proteins, blood, dung and dirt particles clinging on the surface of the skin and ensures thorough wetting of the skin/hide (both wet and dry salted).

PACKING & SHELF LIFE: POPSOAK WELL is available in 25 kg packing and can be stored upto 6 months in a cool and dry place.
