An Anionic Vegetable Based Fatliquor.
Popsynthol SC710 is a versatile lubricant for fatliquoring operations having application properties similar to that of natural sperm oil.
CHARACTERISTICS :
Appearance : Yellowish Brown Liquid.
Chemical Nature : Sulphonated Castor Oil
Active Matter : 50%
pH of 10% solution : 7.0 + 1.0
Stability : Stable to hard water, natural salts, acids, alkalies as well
as to vegetable, synthetic tanning agents.
PROPERTIES :
Popsynthol SC710 is an anionic vegetable based fatliquor which is suitable for any kind of leather.
Popsynthol SC710 has high fastness property and can resist against yellowing tendency in white crusts. It is recommended to use along with other popsynthol to obtain.
Popsynthol SC710 gives very soft and full properties to leather.
APPLICATIONS :
Popsynthol SC710 can be diluted with water and added to the Drum.
Popsynthol SC710 may be used in conjunction with other Popsynthol or Popsynthol Fatliquor. The consumption rate varies between 3-6% in mixture. Leather produced with this product has a little heaviness and good fullness. This product is also suitable for sole leather processing.
