POPTEX RS

POPTEX RS (SOFTENER)

POPTEX RS is a softener with affinity for various fibers and imparts excellent drape and body.

PROPERTIES

1.) strong affinity for cotton, rayon, nylon, polyester, acrylic, wool and their blends.

2.) Imparts excellent drape and body at relatively low concentrations.

3.) Endows softness and body to fabrics similar to that achieved by silicone.

4.) Compatible with nonionics and cationics. Not compatible with anionic finishes.

Substrate cotton, rayon, nylon, polyester, acrylic, wool and their blends.

Machines padding.

Operation finishing.

APPLICATION

Dissolving dissolved in small quantity of hot water (50 to 60 C) under

Method constant stirring and then diluted to required concentration with hot or cold

Water.

Guide recipes 10 g/l of Poptex RS for cotton fabrics like voiles, poplins etc.

15 g/l of Poptex RS for Polyester and blends.

20-25 g/l of Poptex RS for georgettes and suitings.

SPECIAL REMARKS

Storage stability approximately 12 months under normal conditions of storage.
