APPLICATION METHODS :

1. For white & Pale colour Leathers : – ( % age on shaved wt.)

(Before rechroming )

Water 200 %

Popwhitener BL 1.0 to 2.0 % 30 min.

Sodium Bisulphite 1.0 to 2.0 % 30 min.

Oxalic Acid 0.5 to 1.0 % 20 min. check

D/wash thoroughly

2) For vegetable tanned leather having deep black Iron Stains. ( % age on shaved wt. before

dyeing ).

Water 40 º C 200 %

Popwhitener BL 2.0 to 3.0 % 30 min.

Sodium MetaBisulphite (NA₂ S₂0₅) 0 to 3.0% 30 min.

Oxalic Acid ) 1.0 to 1.5% 30 min. check

D/wash thoroughly.

3) Decolourisation of dyed Leathers. ( %age on shaved wt.)

Water 200%

Non Ionic detergent 0.5%

Liquor Ammonia 1.0 % 45 min. check pH

4.5/4.6 D/wash.

Water 60 to 70 º C 300 %

Popwhitener BL 2.0 to 5.0 % 2 Hours

Sodium MetaBisulphite(NA₂ S₂0₅) 1.0 to 2.0 % 30 min.

( check D/Wash thoroughly)

Note : – % age of Popwhitener BL depends upon the depth of the shade of leather or the % age of dye

amount used.

CAUTIONS :

1. Keep in a cool & dry place.
2. Don’t expose to air. Keep air tight.
3. Keep away from water contact.
4. Avoid using Iron Bamboo.
