POPMOLLON - PBOL
Concentrated wetting & scouring agent for improving Absorbency of Textiles during pretreatment..

PROPERTIES

Appearance : Yellowish Pourable paste.
pH of 5% solution : 8 - 10
Solubility : Infinitely soluble in water
Foaming : Moderate.
Stability : Stable to hard water, usualyy encountered acids and alkalis, reductive and oxidative bleaching agents.
Storage Stability : 6 months when stored in sealed containers.

SAFETY

When POPMOLLON - PBOL - is used as per normal current practice, no ill effects are expected. According to our latest knowledge POPMOLLON - PBOL does not cayse any harmful effect on health, provided that it is used properly and due attention is paid to the precautions necessary for handling chemicals.

• Excellent wetting and detergency with an emulsifying action for removing oily and waxy impurities from Textiles and improve their absorbency during pretreatment resulting in cleaner fabrics and better dye uptake.
• In higher concentrations POPMOLLON - PBOL has stain removing properties.
• Does not impair enzyme activity.
• Stable to the usual bleaching agents such as Sodium Chloride, Hydrogen Peroxide, Hypochloride Bleaches etc.
• Useful in washing and carbonizing of wool.

APPLICATION

• Enzyme Designing
  Xg/l Enzyme
  1-3 g/l common salt
  2-5 g/l POPMOLLON - PBOL
  Temp. : 70°C
  Time : About 4 to 6 hrs, wash off at 80-95° C.
  Use of about 0.25 - 0.5 g/l. Soda Ash in scalding wash gives better results.
• Scouring
  1-3 g/l POPMOLLON-PBOL
  Alkali as required
  Temp. : 70-90°C
  For textiles contaminated with oily stains, use 10-20 g/l of POPMOLLON - PBOL.
• Bleaching
  fsUse 1-3 g/l, POPMOLLON - PBOL alongwith other chemicals as required.
• WASHING OF SYNTHETIC FABRICS
  0.5-2 g/l POPMOLLON - PBOL
  0.25-2.0 g/l Soda Ash
  Temp. : 70-90° C
• WASHING OF WOOL AND WOOL BLENDS
  0.3-0.5% o.w.f. POPMOLLON-PBOL
  pH : 8-9
  Temp. : 30°C-40°C
• Stain Removal
  Treat with 5-10% solution of POPMOLLON - PBOL
• One bath Designing, Scouring, Dyeing of Polyester
  Treat with 1-2 g.l POPMOLLON-PBOL
  Temp. : 80°C
  Time : 30 Mnts
  
  Then Bring the pH to 4 with Acetic Acid without draining the bath. Add dyestuff and other required auxiliaries and dye as usual.
