POPSOFTCON RC
A unique mixture of specially modified polysiloxane with fatty amide derivative for soft bulky handle on all substrates.

Appearance : Creamish White Emulsion.

Dilutability : Can be easily diluted with water at room temperature

Shear stable product.
Finishing of cotton/wool/synthetic blends.
Soft, fluffy handle to the fabric alondgwith an internal softness.

FINISH FEATURES

Soft and bulky non-soapy handle. Excellent body imparted to fabric. Ideally suited for all types of knit and woven substrates.

APPLICATION FEATURES

Application by exhaust or padding on wool, cotton, cotton blends and synthetics. Easily dispersible in finishing bath. Compatible with all kinds of catinic and non-ionic finishing agents. Does not impair effect of fluoroscent fabric brightners.

APPLICATION DETAILS

Application by exhaust on wool, cottonand blends. Recommended exhaust application dosage is 0.5-0.4% on weight of fabric at 40°C for 20 mins at pH 5.0-6.0.

Application by padding on synthetics. Recommended pad application dosage is 10-30 g/l at pH 5.0-6.0.

Yellowing : Popsoftcon RC has a tendency to dull white and light pastel shades and is not recommended for application on sensitive shades. Optical brightners may be used as low dosage bath additives to generate better whiteness.

Durability : Popsoftcon RC ofers the durability of a silicone product and can also be used in ahigh shear condition. This is due o its unique formation.
